Carnival is celebrated together, and that is a feeling that many Brabanders and Limburgers recognise. Celebrating Carnival – which hardly ever happens above the rivers – is an important part of this, which is part of the cultural sense of identity of the Brabander and Limburger. For Bavaria, a campaign was devised that showed that we fully understood this.
